Exciting news! Our president, Dale Romans, has been appointed to the Kentucky Horse Racing & Gaming Corp. (formerly the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission) by Governor Andy Beshear. It’s always great to have a trainer on the racing commission. Dale is following his mentor, the late Ky HBPA Vice President Frank Jones, in serving on the regulatory body.
